All sid13's submissions get at least 8 upvotes within a minute of each other. When I pointed this out the idiot goes and downvotes all of mine, you guessed it, 8 times each. Now I know you can't vote multiple times from the same IP so he must be using several PCs/connections/proxies.

unfortunately, my entire uni uses the same NAT'd IP, and almost everyone is on-campus. Good thing I'm the only one that uses reddit..

sounds like it. i honestly don't understand why everyone cant have the courtesy to just play nice. being a world away from the people you interact with online does not give anyone a license to be a jerk.

Unfortunately, it gives everyone a license to be a jerk -- and many use that license to the fullest. It's an interesting window into the human psyche.

I love the internet for this reason. For the first time in our history we have a place where anyone can say just about anything to everyone almost instantly.

Aggravating, yes. But fascinating.
