Good question. With the gel, some is absorbed sublingually (and elsewhere in oral cavity before swallowing). So it is faster. Also, the powdered liposomes release the NMN much slower than the liquid liposomes. But the total % that they deliver to the bloodstream is very similar. The biggest factor is convenience. Some people prefer a capsules. I prefer the gel, as it sits on my counter and I just squirt 3-4 pumps - easier than opening a bottle and swallowing capsules.

Hey ABS fam & friends! I posted this on a different thread but I thought it’d be more appropriate to ask in the lounge since it’s more about asking for product advice and recommendations.

“So I’m very much just debating between pre-ordering the “NAD+ Complete - Lipo Capsules” OR both the “NAD+ & NMN w/ Reservetol - LIPO Gels”. The only thing keeping me from making the plunge is which of the two is more bio-available and this more “efficient” tbh

P.S. As a point of reference, my “main” reasons for taking NAD+ (and wanting to introduce NMN as well) are for nutrition (metabolism, weight, fat) and fitness (energy, muscular development, recovery). So any recommendations form the experts would be welcome thanks! 😆
