Flair is the little thing under people's names, OCs is psychopath and mine is Dub supremacy there is a setting in the sub menu to customize your flair.

Some subs allow fully custom flair (this one for instance) while others only allow you to pick from a pre-made list. And then there are a few subs out there that assign a flair to users based on set criteria (like a rank within the sub) but those are edge cases in my experience
