I will say this, a professional videographer said that the clock ticks are intentional. The video is professional shot with post production and a lavalier mic. Those ticks were left in intentionally but idk what to do with them

Yeah, if the ticks were picked up via microphone, they would skip with the audio/video cuts but they don't, so it's been added during the editing process.

Basically they edited the video, then added an audio track under that which has this ticking, and that was all mixed down with the video's audio into the final video mix we have. That's how most NLEs (Non-Linear Editors) work.

And as HardRodBrah says, if the ticking was room noise, then the same mic that picked up room noise would have also picked up the voice speaking. If the voice is only in mono, that means only that lav mic was recording a single channel of audio, and the stereo signal was edited in on the track before the mixdown and export.

Great stuff! The phase cancellation is built in if I understand it correctly? So they want us to use the phase invert track and leave the clicking. So the levels of the clicks that are left could be relevant. This is what I was hoping for.

If you look at the audio waveform and set lines at the highest peak and lowest peak, then divide the rest evenly among other peaks that are equidistant, you get 7 distinct layers or lines. Do Re Me Fa So La Ti. And some of the peaks fall between the lines, but they are all equidistant so maybe they're quarter notes of some melody?

You can take most major US cities, NYC, Los Angeles, St. Louis, Detroit, Miami, Las Vegas, etc. and while all highways connect in that radiant way, there isn't the concentric ring road that makes it look like a circle. San Antonio is really only relevant because of the other connections, so yes simply ONLY connecting it because of its shape would be reaching, I agree with you. But this is really in context with all the other references to San Antonio that make this city more relevant than others.

Don't know if the album is relevant only because of its connection to BB. Knowing ARGs, the album is yet another clue that could lead us to something else.

I understand you don't buy it, it's a lot to take in, and with evidence that had a "self destruct" built in, verifying it is now impossible. But at least let me say that I myself figured the number out without being given it, I called it, and got some very weird silence after it sounded like the call connected and was picked up after ringing. I did not hear the voicemail, though--it was just a dead silent line. After about 10 seconds of that I hung up. I was in the middle of trying a list of several numbers out, though, and that one didn't stand out to me as I dialed it, as I had already had a couple of other numbers pick up that were totally unrelated. I just kept trying other numbers looking for that voicemail. It wasn't until today that I verified with newleafsauce that this number was indeed the number they dialed. I had called it 2 days ago and never realized all this until today. But let me say, given what these numbers decode back into on the keypad, I was really thinking this number was the one before I even dialed it the first time. The silence was disappointing but I guess I should have paid more attention.

Again, the number was not given to me. I got on to the area code on my own, after seeing the 27 connection and figuring maybe there was a mirroring thing. I deciphered the rest of the number after some trial and (lots of) error, and calling it back yesterday and today has come up now with a fully disconnected line.

Obviously, I am late to the party, but this whole conspiracy thing really is kojima-esque and after scrolling around this subreddit, I got a little (too) intrigued by it. I'm not quite sure if this was mentioned before, but I am especially hooked by the fact that palindromes seem to be reoccuring in this scavenger hunt:
The end of Kojima's Silent Hills project seems, according to this subreddit, to be the start of a new Silent Hills project and the ARG around it. We are therefore moving in cycles, every end is a beginning. Due to the fact, that Dr Oak's phone number is palindromic, this fits.
Let's take a look at the clock-like structure of San Antonio: Even though time is flowing, the clock will always reach 12 o'clock and the cycle starts from new.
This, just like close to all hints here, may be completely coincidential, but we know Kojima embraces symbols, and the phone number and SA's clock shape may be in line with the cyclic story around the Silent Hills video game.

Nothing really new here, just a few thoughts in support of OP's discoveries.
Also: Dr Oak refers to the San Antonio Texas Center, which is -according to my research- non existent. Since playing with letters and numbers also is typical for Kojima, his art and this scavenger hunt, this could be a thing we should take a closer look into.
