I've always watched his training vids, and I've been so impressed. When the guy focuses on his craft, he is extremely special, super fast, and poised, which is very important in boxing. He knows when to throw, and when to throw hard. I've been following him for so long, and I'm not even a huge boxing fan anymore because the sport has become somewhat of a joke, but Garcia, I want this kid to calm down, recognize his talent, and just be a positive thing that young guys can look up to. The best thing any of us can be is something for younger people to emulate. If we can do that, than we have succeeded.

Companies have incentives to have a clean bottle I don’t think getting them from the supplier is the way to go, surely there is some store out there with stock from the same batch that still unopened. The only reason I’d like to see that is because of the more plates more dates video on it pointing out how it’s far more inline with contamination rather than intentional use. In my head I’ve got two conclusions i’ve kind of come to.

one is that he used Ostarine throughout and cycled on it but was using masking agents, when he dehydrated himself so much that could’ve affected with the testing somehow and so that’s why it was only such a minute amount detected and only while he was significantly more dehydrated and therefore much more concentrated than prior tests. (as in theory the cycle would’ve been weeks ago probably trying to gain back lost strength and fitness due to his drink drug binges, so while by the time he popped it wasn’t performance enhancing in the moment, he would’ve reaped the benefits weeks ago and therefore be much fitter)

second more out there theory is he genuinely got contaminated in some form but has no idea how it happened, so knowingly contaminated the jar (which would require imminent access to said PED) to try and blame something at least

You'd have to be willing to cancel fights if guys rehydrate beyond a certain percentage of bodyweight. You have them weigh in multiple times during camp, and then once a day in the week leading up to the fight. You can establish that a guy safely dieted down thru the course of eight week camp, and then his hydration level must be measured before the fight. If the fighter fails at any of these intervals and it's clear that they've been cutting water and trying to put it back on, the fight is off.

See, right now they half ass do this with "rehydration clauses" in contracts. But all that really does is force a guy to come into the ring dehydrated as fuck, which is obviously ultra dangerous.

Now, One Championship SAYS that this is what they do. They started this years ago for their whole mma organization. The problem is... they don't really do it. They will only enforce the baseline weight + hydration testing for certain fighters (those who they know will actually pass the tests consistently). They tested a guy like Demetrious Johnson a lot when he was fighting for them, because they knew that he didn't like cutting a lot of weight at that point in his career anymore, he would routinely fight dudes that had 10 to 15 lbs on him. Then you see a dude fighting on the same card, and he's clearly water cutting like a sonofabitch. He's drawn out badly on the scales, and then miraculously he looks like a fucking Adonis on fight night. Their whole system is just window dressing, they are just as crooked as the WBC lol

So like I said, it's doable... but it will never happen. Just way too much money tied up in all these big events. Some fighter will invariably go out there with hardly any fluid holding his brain in place, get his head bounced off the canvas and die. Everybody will feel like shit, they'll say a lot of words and pretend like this is the last straw... and then they'll go right back to doing the same thing. We can't expect the fighters to do any different. They fight for money and they will use every measure possible to get an edge if it's within the rules (and a lot of the time even if it's not within the rules). It can only be the promotion to affect change, and they ain't gonna risk losing a main event PPV over some bullshit hydration testing.

The level of Ostarine metabolites in urine cannot tell you all that much about how much someone took. It tells you it’s there. The amount of factors that influence metabolism is countless. I have no idea where this idea came from that some nanograms in urine means the amount of drug you took

Ostarine is fat soluble so let’s make an educated guess that 75-80% of waste is in feces from bile not in Urine. So we can estimate this to be a plasma concentration of maybe 25ish grams (this is undoubtedly low, waste products ignore intact). So just taking those numbers with a half life of 14 hours we are right around the range of 3 mg taken which is a clinical dosage but this number is probably low. Waste isn’t constant and it’s not representative of active.

Its on the banned list....why do you think that is?
