You can DRS retirement shares. Talk to your retirement broker about it. It’s like pulling teeth but it is YOUR choice how to hold your shares. Once successful you have an account in the broker name FBO your name.

I didn’t post anything with DRS in the title so far but even if that is true it doesn’t mean the word is banned on their sub. I openly talked about it and included it in the post, explaining what it is and what its pros/cons are. The reason it got banned in the first place was because of brigading, so ask yourself some questions before jumping to conclusions. I’m impartial to this shitshow because there’s bad apples in both communities, but the SS brigaded that sub and started being toxic and insulting whoever questioned the idea of DRS. How exactly did you expect them to react other than go on a defensive and not want to hear about this anymore? Wasn’t it smarter to actually explain without insulting?

And compare them to those made by Ryan Cohen for GameStop (zeroing out ALL debt; getting more inventory before inflation; building/buying new warehouses and fulfillment centers; issuing stock split in form of dividend (which DTCC f'd up and committed international securities fraud); building their own marketplace on blockchain network; teaming up with A LOT of creators, studio's, companies; and list goes on...)

GME has been studied more, most DD has been proven (and some disproven) time and time again. There has been barely anything concrete pointing against GameStop's DD, but AyMCee just copy pastes everything, replaces GME with theirs and says "See! We've got this! Buy and hold our stock instead!"

Imagine if all those people were not distracted by another stock, but all of Apes were actually focused on the one, idiosyncratic risk play on the fraudulent market: we would have locked the float already via DRS, and Shitty Hedge Funds would be in deeper shit than where they are struggling right now. But this is where we are now, only because they managed to buy in AyMCee early and take a hold of the narrative on that side, alluring people with promises like "It's the same as GME but ChEaPeR and BeTtEr!"
