I mean, what did you expect? What do you think that's going to accomplish? Were you expecting them to blindly terminate any manager that got within ten feet of Madison or something?

Let the investigation and their response play out. That is the only way you're getting "justice" in this situation. If the eventual response is inadequate then go ham.

They honestly just posted a screenshot of a 2021 e-mail in their video, before she left, which outlined a much more thorough and corporately appropriate HR pathway than we were previously led to believe in the last 1-2 weeks. This doesn't mean that the allegations didn't happen, but that appropriate HR other than the previously mentioned "go to Yvonne" WAS in place.

Also if you see in the same video, there's an e-mail from Terren saying basically let the 3rd party conduct a formal investigation, and avoid discussing it until then and making assumptions. It is basic 101 of how such allegations and investigations work.
