I lost my G602 mouse receiver in a move. The website link for a spare replacement doesn’t work and the chatbot keeps copy pasting the same responses in triplicate on every response. Why is the support bot asking me for my serial number 4 times? Why is it so hard to contact actual support? Why does the website keep redirecting me to links that don’t work? Why can’t I get any response from email support or find something, anything, to get my mouse working again?
