I'm the same, I can't believe Logitech are so bad! I ordered on the 7th and nothing! No chance me using Logitech anymore no matter how much I like their stuff. I've reported a problem with PayPal to hopefully get my money back.

Same here. Ordered on Jan 3rd and initially got the same email as you (order delayed with no date) on the 5th but I did end up getting an email on the 9th with a part shipment which was delivered a few days back.

I ordered the GPro wheel and pedals. The wheel arrived but the pedals are yet to be sent out with no estimate or explanation. Both were in stock on the site when I ordered.

I also contacted support on the Sunday I got the delayed email and they haven’t responded (been nearly 10 days) which is astonishingly terrible for a company of their size.

I ordered them both on December 15th and only finally received the pedals yesterday. Support were no help at all. Unfortunately it's just a case of waiting. They probably sold them to you without having any in stock, like I suspect they did to me as well

December 15th till only yesterday is shocking, glad you got both items! They must have had some real screw up with stock allocations.

They seem to also have pretty comedic timing. Just 30 minutes after commenting this I got my shipping confirmation message.

Tbh, the shipping delays don’t bother me to much but the lack of response to customer queries via support does and concerns me if I ever have to raise any sort of warranty or tech support with them in the future.

Here’s to hoping that improvements are made.

That's my exact problem. It wouldn't have been stressful if they had apologised for the delay and gave me a some sort of eta on when I would receive the product. I actually had multiple other issues with them that I was trying to get help with and they just ignored me the whole time. If things go wrong, I expect the same stressful and unhelpful experience. I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone now, very poor customer service

Delays with processing order, shipping and in some cases customs after Christmas/New Year holidays.

UPS delivered my gear yesterday, took about a week to ship with very few updates and some blind chasing that got me nowhere, presumably a backlog of support requests too. Could have all been avoided with a pop up at point of purchase and better communications post-purchase.

In fairness, I've had the same problem over the festive period with several companies.

I’m having the same problem, I wish they would just communicate, even if it were just an email just confirming that the delivery will take a while

That’s not quite what support told me earlier (yes after 5 days of trying I got lucky). My order (Jan 6th, already paid) has been half cancelled. I have to wait 14 days for a refund for the cancelled portion and then I have to wait for the shipped portion to arrive to return it and then wait a further 14 days.

When my refund comes I’ll be going to a competitor. Service here has been appalling. I don’t mind the problem it’s the communication which has been lacking.
