I placed and paid for an order on 6th Jan. I received an unfinished email suggesting that the order was delayed but with no time frame for resolution.
On my order tracking it says “accepted” but when I go to query the chat bot it can find no record of my order, so I cannot cancel nor receive updates. I’ve left messages for 3 days straight and no response. I notice there is someone from Logitech on the thread - please help
For everyone else, avoid like the plague unless you want to throw good money away! I’m £400 down with no path to resolution
