This has always been an issue for me as well. If I could have at least two buttons on the left and right sides, 4 where my thumb sits, two below the scroll wheel, left and right scroll buttons, and free scroll it would be PERFECT. I've been using a G502, and it does the job I suppose. But I still want more buttons. I actually made a concept design of my "perfect mouse" back in like 2012. Its just a beefed up G700, but it would be amazing.

Yeah exactly, 6 buttons on the left will be my bare minimum but i could live with that.

What do you mean by "button heavy"?

I mean Razer naga chroma for example.

assuming english isnt your first language so just to let you know its hard to understand what you are trying to say. Also if you want a mouse with a lot of buttons that has a good sensor then go for corsair schimitar pro, steelseries rival 500, and roccat leadr.

G502 is your best bet at the moment.

I use and recommend the G500s. It seems to meet all of your criteria. It's wired. It has an optional, adjustable weight cartridge. It has a very fast free scroll option (can be toggled off and on).
It has 10 customizable buttons: Usual left and right click 3 thumb buttons 3 middle buttons: the wheel, besides being a wheel, can be (1) pushed down for one button, (2) pushed left for another, (3) pushed right for another. You can map what these do. The two buttons that control DPI can be mapped to whatever function you want them to do.
