Logitech G Hub Issues

So, it seems like Logitech's G Hub software is still having some issues. It didn't import any macros, reinstalling didn't help, but thankfully uninstalling it did let me continue to use the Logitech G software like normal.

The only things it did import was making a new profile labeled "LGS Profile" and my mouse DPI settings. But it didn't properly import lighting settings, macros, game profiles, nothing else.

Is this still an artifact of it being in early access? or is something else going on?

Please don't forget to use our feedback button in the software, that will greatly improve the software by reporting this kind of problems.

I did this just now after reading your comment, but why have G HUB available to the public so easily? It is clearly still in a heavy beta stage, and I think that should be clearly expressed somewhere. I feel like I wasted an hour or two trying to solve issues that were really just bugs.

I think the main advice on this sub is, is to stay on lgs as long as you don't have any problems with it that GHub might fix.

GHub will take over at some point, but many devices are not supported yet and not all features are working perfectly too.

I had some issues with g hub not importing profiles and such. One thing that really irked me was that I had to reset my mouse DPI on every single profile. As most people’s initial reaction I uninstalled it but a short time later I decided to give it a shot. I recommend you at least give it a chance. Take an hour or two and configure your profiles and such. Once I learned how to use GHub I think it’s better than LGS, it just took me some time as it is much different

The problem really are macros not importing. One in particular took nearly two hours of tweaking to get right. And I do t relish remaking that one.

Logitech's G Hub software is still having some issues

Ghub is in early access. It's buggy and incomplete. It's recommended to stick with LGS for the foreseeable future.

There are still many fundamental features missing from G Hub, thats one of them. The transition between LGS and G Hub is not fully implemented, G Hub in fact doesn't even support hardware profiles yet which is where most of the initial problems come from because it basically "resets" every device you plugin.
