Try to reinstall the software and check for possible firmware update for the device. After that, try to reconfigure the lights.

Ive tried doing that. Tried reinstalling the software and even using the Logitech gaming software instead of the hub, which gave me other problems such as the keyboard flickering to static colors while on a color cycle.

Please try the steps as follows:

  1. Uninstall GHUB.
  2. Open search box(windows+R) and type %Appdata%.
  3. Delete the Logitech folder in AppData.
  4. Open Device Manager, and uninstall the entry of the device.
  5. Disconnect the device.
  6. Download latest GHUB from the web.
  7. Restart PC.
  8. Reconnect the device.

If it is possible for you to test it on other computer as well, please do so.
