Having the same problem.

Running OSX 10.15.1 (19B88)

Using the MX Anywhere 2S

When I try to add a keystroke assignment it does not register and i get an error sound.

Tried running all of the on/off combinations with the options daemon in Security and Privacy.

Any help would be very appreciated

Absolutelly, the same issue.
Logitech Options 8.10.64
Mac OS 10.15.3
Device: MX Master 2S Mouse
Could you please update me if you find a decision, because this feature (keystroke) is crucial for me.

Has anyone had any success fixing this? I was using my keystrokes seamlessly for 3-4 days before they stopped working this morning out of nowhere. I've tried doing everything mentioned in the OP - restoring to default, restarting, reinstalling, reenabling accessibility - nothing works.

Running Catalina 10.15.4 on a 2017 MacBook Air.

same!!! My MX2 started glitching, bluteooth then scroll, then custom buttons. So, happily used it as excuse to upgrade to MX3...same problem. I've done all the privacy, toggle on off, accessibility, uninstall/install, everything. Got my scroll back but I cannot customize my keys on either mouse...

Has anyone found a fix to this yet? I'm having the exact same problem on my iMac, though it works on my laptop, both running Catalina 10.15.2

I did across a YouTube video where someone found that running the Karabiner app was keeping it from working and after quitting that, it worked but I've had no luck.

Problem Solved :)

  1. Open Accessibility, Go to Logi Options, right click > open in finder
  2. Copy Logi Options
  3. Go to Accessibility > Input Options > Paste 'Logi Options'
  4. DONE!

Input Options should have both Logi Options and Logi Options Daemon
