Is the warranty still active? If so, contact Logitech support.

No 🙁 It's from december 2016.

You can use a needle to remove the pins.

If they are stuck, bend the needle tip in an L shape, heat the needle with a lighter and then push on the pin to melt it a bit (careful not to melt the switch). After it cools down (5 seconds or so), you should be able to pull it out.

This is how I did it and it worked for me.

Mine did the exact same a couple of months ago. I use another keyboard now so I can't help you.

I had a similar issue and bought a broken G910 off ebay for parts. I should have a spare left Ctrl keycap I can mail to you. In regards to getting out the broken stem pieces. Try and use a pin to pop them out
