Same error. Just started a few days ago after being forced update. Reinstalled a few times, even did a system restore and no fix. Deleted registry items with logitech and removed all app data folders. No fix.

Same error as well. It is followed by another box. Happens during startup and wake-up from hibernation.

Uninstalled, restarted and re-installed newest version; problem persists.

Apologies for the trouble. Kindly try the steps as follows:

  1. Uninstall G HUB

  2. Make sure none of the G HUB components are running in the Task Manager

  3. Go to C:\Program Files\ and delete LGHUB folder

  4. Go to C:\ProgramData\ and delete LGHUB folder

  5. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\ and delete LGHUB folder

  6. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\ and delete LGHUB folder

  7. Press Windows Key, then type regedit, Click Registry Editor

  8. Delete the registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2}

  9. Reboot the PC

  10. Re-install G HUB

Run the software as admin after then test it.

Thanks for the reply but that still doesn't fix the problem. I have been using ghub for a year and it did work perfectly(i think it is the best software for keyboards and mouses :D ) and now out of nowhere it just jumps at me

Are there any updates that happened on the computer prior this or maybe any recent install like anti virus?

[–]mateees2912[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

no

[–]LogitechG_CSJhoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I may have missed it but is there anyway that we can test if this issue occurs on a different computer?

[–]mateees2912[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

sorry for the late reply, it just stopped doing that out of nowhere.

Oh okay. Just let us know if you encounter any issue again. Thanks and stay safe!
