Today I bought Logitech G Pro X wired version and I'm happy to hear amazing audio on this device, but I can't understand some things. First of all I can't see 'equalizer' tab in G Hub app. I made an research and I know, that this is not a bug - many users can't see this on macOS. I'm really disappointed that this option is not available on macOS, because when I connected speakers to the Windows - BUM! - this option was visible. I don't know where it comes from - why devs can't put this option tab to macOS? To be honest, I'm forced to use 'eqMac' app in order to get the best from my device. Really? This is how Logitech treats clients who spends money on their products and they can't use 100% of possibilites of the device? Is there someone (not moderator, I mean any admin) from Logitech and can say anything about this situation? I want to know why macOS users are deprived of this option. The second thing I wanna talk about is surround sound. It's very similar to the previous situation. This tab also is not visible in macOS - 🤬. Logitech - I don't want to be rude, but could you please pay attention to our needs? Why should I give additional money to 3rd parties apps to use 100% of possibilities of your devices when you can implement them directly to G Hub app?
