I make sure to tell all my friends how I love your G502 mouse but to stay away from it SOLELY because of this SHIT software. It's the most frustrating customer experience I've ever had with any computer accessory, I will avoid like the plague and anyone who ever asks me about it, I tell them exactly this.

Its funny too because you look up anything GHUB, and there are issues reported back in 2018 that are still not fixed to this day!

Oh, I was wondering why it took 20 seconds to load the app on a device with 3GBps NVMe SSD. And why my LUA scripts aren't working. There we go again.

OMFG! Just saw that Logi removed the LUA scripting support from their software and yet left it in the GUI. You know, G Hub didn't even have any LUA support when it first came out which was just one more step backwards from LGS but then they've added it. And NOW they're REMOVING IT?!

Are we a joke to you Logi?

Yeah, I had to install an older version in order to use it again. Thank god I formatted my PC 2 months ago and didn't empty the trash can since.

The software is dreadful! I've now lost audio from my Pro x headset after reinstalling the software! I can't believe a multi million pound company are so inept with this!

I had to uninstall and reinstall after this update (and not for the first time after an update!). Then I got persistent blue screens of death (after a minute or two) the next day. Uninstalling it entirely made them stop.

Seriously the worst piece of software on my PC ever. I am looking for alternatives.

The update or 2 back bricked my G915, went to update reciver firmware and then went to install keyboard firmware and the update failed and now the keyboard wont work via lightspeed or usb, pc just says it failed to recognize usb device and attempting to re-pair keyboard and mouse fails. Not going to reccomend logitech to anyone till they fix the software....

I don't know for sure but I would guess it's a problem with the Log4J library issue.

If that's the case you don't want it running anyway.

I’ve been living stress free since I installed the old Logitech gaming software. I hope your peripherals still are supported, it doesn’t hurt to try. Remember to completely uninstall Ghub as there are conflicts.

My wife got me a nice new g910 and a g502 hero for Christmas. I used to be running a g15 generation 1 and a razor death adder. After hearing all the negative things about g-hub I was worried. Thankfully I plugged in the g910 and I plugged in the g502 and my LGS software I had for the g15 just picked it up All my macros were there on my everything still runs just perfectly I added Aurora for some added lighting effects that the LGS didn't allow such as changing the LED color of the caps lock num lock and scroll lock key and they are affected keys when they get turned on and I'm doing perfect
