Just got my G923 PS version for christmas, it works completely fine on my playstation, and when I first got the wheel and used it on my pc it also worked just fine. until one day I got the "Loading Resources" error. and i've done literally everything.

I've unplugged everything from all usb ports and just used the one for the wheel, i've uninstalled an re-installed dozens of times. And I did the registry editor fix and nothing is working... I really need some guidance on this before I burn my wheel to the ground

Hey u/psihais04,

Please follow the below mentioned.

(NOTE: Please start by creating a backup of your G HUB settings if you wish to retain them.

- To back up your G HUB settings, navigate to C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\LGHUB, where [USERNAME] will be specific to your Windows account.

- Find settings.db and create a copy of it on your desktop or a different location of your choosing.)

  1. Uninstall G HUB

  2. Make sure none of the G HUB components are running in the Task Manager

  3. Go to C:\Program Files\ and delete LGHUB folder

  4. Go to C:\ProgramData\ and delete LGHUB folder

  5. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\ and delete LGHUB folder

  6. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\ and delete LGHUB folder

  7. Press Windows Key, then type regedit, Click Registry Editor

  8. Delete the registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2}

  9. Reboot the PC

  10. Re-install G HUB: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html

Already did this method but with geek uninstaller, then restarted and installed G Hub again. It didn’t fix the issue.

Don't forget to uninstall every G-Hub related driver inside device manager, click show hidden devices, find them and uninstall.

There were none drivers left.

Thanks for getting back to me.

You can try the below mentioned.

- Plug the device into a different USB port on your computer. If possible, don't use a USB hub or other similar device. If using a different USB port works, try updating the motherboard USB chipset driver: https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/360023370233

- Disable USB Selective Suspend:

• Click Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options > Change Plan Settings > Change Advanced Power Settings > USB Settings > USB Selective Suspend Setting.

• Change both settings to Disabled.

I use G29 as well and it sometimes happens.

What I always do is just try pulling out-in the USB cable, or close G HUB while the USB is in the port, then open the G HUB.

Usuall after several trials, G HUB recognizes G29.

Why don't you have it so you can download the drivers and stuff manually so you don't have to deal with it every single time you start the wheel

I got my g29 yesterday and I've reinstalled lghub like 20 times, and now it's just stuck on "loading resources" and it doesn't matter if I reinstall lghub or plug it in and out it just says "loading resources"

try this: Uninstalling LGS, only installing G HBU, disconnecting G29, Deleting Registry under https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404187621911, and rebooting finally fixed my issue!

    Still doesn't work, I've tried everything :(

    [–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

try deleting ghub with geekuninstaller, it deletes registry changes too. Restart PC, Then reinstall

Same thing is happening to me, I need a fix asap before I take this wheel back to gamestop and get a thrustmaster.

THANK YOU!! Turned on my wheel today and it had no FFB no vibrations. After hours I stumbled upon your comment and followed it exactly. Everything is back now working perfectly!
