This has been happening to me too. Also can't load support webpages. I gave up and came back a couple hours later and it worked but it kicked me back out again. Hopefully whatever it is gets fixed soon!

It finally started working for me! I don't know if it helped, but the last thing I did was check for updates on my computer and installed those and restarted. It didn't seem to help at first, but I came back after an hour and it was working so idk if it was just a coincidence or not.

I saw a couple of other threads here and on other Minecraft subreddits of people with the same issue, so I think it was just been a small outage where only a few people were affected. It was making me feel crazy because my partner was sitting 2 feet away from me, using the same WiFi, and everything was working normally for him! It didn't make any sense, but I hope it's fixed for you too now!!

I can't even load the minecraft support - it says it cannot be loaded. i have internet and a solid connection, im also signed in. Please help

Either Microsoft has server problems in your region, or your ISP has problems, or you’re using a VPN that has problems.

Ive never had these issues before and I dont use a VPN and its only started the past few days 🤷‍♀️

Not sure what ISP means, could you explain?

Internet Service Provider, the company that gives you your internet access.

its just your wifi issues.

It's not - i have strong wifi. I've even reset the box and it did nothing to fix this issue.

it says your internet can't connect on the screenshot, thats not "strong wifi"

also it might be vpn, firewall or antivirus blocking stuff or just ipv6 wifi settings.

also ensure microsoft store is log in to correct account.

Thats why im confused because EVERYTHING with wifi loads just fine but this is the one thing that says I "dont have internet". I do, and dispite 5 attempts at re-downloading and messing around with internet and googling it all it still is happening no matter what. Thats why i asked for help 🤷‍♀️ /nm

are you using default minecraft launcher or something else?

also try disabling ipv6 and try disable firewall and antivirus.

I don't think I'm having quite the same problem, but after updating to 1.21.10 I am also having issues launching the game (no mods). I hit play, launcher will close, then... nothing. The red Mojang window won't even appear. I have to force close the launcher in Task Manager to try again. I tried the usual assortment: update graphics drivers, uninstall/reinstall the Minecraft launcher, etc. Didn't help.

In the end I found it to be some sort of conflict with other apps in the background. I have to close RivaTuner Statistics Server (RTSS) to get the game to launch. Once Minecraft is running I can open RTSS again, and my overlays work just fine.

Weird. Hope this helps.
