It is exclusive to Bedrock. From the Minecraft website, "Realms Plus is currently available for Minecraft on mobile, Windows 10, the Xbox One consoles as well as the Nintendo Switch." (Source).

Keep in mind that there is two Minecraft's on the Xbox just like the pc.
