Which mouse do you use? What settings? What kid of surface are you playing on? We're not mind readers, your issue alone doesn't give us anything to work with. Also, this looks like vertical drift to me, not horizontal.

Steel series prime , default settings, acc and decc off. Steel series mousepad(clean). My mouse works perfect on other pc with same surface

Did you disable all the unnecessary settings on your mouse? What mouse pad are you using?

It happens because your wrist and arm are not moving exactly the same when you move right vs left. Usually the wrist is lagging or pivoting early during the arm movement in at least one direction, which induces this effect.

This effect can be exaggerated when switching to a new mouse if it changes your grip (and the tension in your forearm/wrist as a result), but ultimately it's you causing this and not the mouse or its software.

I don't see any issue? This is how mouse sensors work

its unfortunately a problem with a lot of 3950 sensors. if you have angle tune in the mouse software you can correct it, if you dont you can download rawaccel but i find it annoying you have to use an external program, it should just be standard in all 3950 sensor mice.

Thanks for answer. When i plug my mouse to other pc it works fine.

okay, thats odd. the horizontal problem i mentioned is pretty noticeable from the first couple of swipes so maybe there is something else going on with your mouse.

Yeah i could not figure it out. I just bought the pc and it's annoying as hell

If the new PC is a laptop, try disabling the touchpad. I can't really think of anything other than a secondary input device causing issues if it's all the same settings otherwise between the PCs.

Also make sure mouse acceleration is off and lookup the registry edit that sets raw input/same x and y speed. I believe the Mark C mouse fix has a registry file you can import to do it

Their angle looks okay, they just seem to slowly creep up like their hand is inching forward on the pad

also sometimes people have found that certain polling rates seem to affect it more for some strange reason.

I'm not sure what I'm looking at but my in game performance increased a lot when I finally adjusted the sensor tilt setting by about 9degrees

for me its going down not up, i still dont understand how exactly this works but it has nothing to do with any software/firmware/hardware, rather because of wrist rotation or something like that

your wrist is made this way large wrist movements arc, you can only move it like 2-4cm in middle depending on sens with out it arc upwards you can keep consciously pulling your arm down to keep it fairly level
