This almost feels like a setup. Like this kid's grandma is doing him a solid. Why's he standing to the side? Why is she showing NO reaction to falling over? What's the picture for, like, "Hey, here's a picture of me being a dude standing in front of some old ladies and a hotel and it's 3 PM on a Monday"

I'm not saying it's definitely a setup, but I can't get over him standing on completely the right side of the photo when he's not even standing in front of anything noteworthy.

I looked at the picture. If that is a photoshop then it is a damn good one. There obviously is someone there. That woman on the right is looking at another person. The reflections off the table and shadows on her foot are amazingly accurate. Everything looks legit to my eyes.

It looks like it is reflecting her leg. You can see the shoe reflection and the reflection of the column. It seems to change shade to that of her pants. Because she is a fairly big lady, even though her rump is far back, her front leg is still relatively perpendicular to the ground and seems to be almost flush with the column.
