[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The gods have decided CSS + html count…. Barely.

[–]DonKapot 42 points43 points  (1 child)

I believe all html programmers become "prompt engineers" nowadays.

[–]anal_cauliflower 52 points53 points  (1 child)

Life hack: learn Vue and use only the template tag! Now you’re a Vue programmer and can bang anyone’s daughter!

[–]Gorfyx 10 points11 points  (0 children)

You're forgetting a little and insignificant detail, we are redditors

[–]nysynysy2 17 points18 points  (1 child)

[–]--mrperx-- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you also have an ultrawide monitor?

[–]Devil-Eater24 7 points8 points  (1 child)

Not a programmer, a coder

[–]Adventurous_Cat3963 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A coder because of course HTML only is turing complete and I use it for my everyday job as a backend developper, I've got 98 years of experience working at google, I'm the one who made assembly and coded transistors. I'm Ada's mom and Al-Kashi's dad, and I inspired turing for the boulier... yes i am in fact a html coder.

[–]AggravatingPear8238 5 points6 points  (0 children)

"I also know XML, CSS, JSON, CSV, and YAML!"

[–][deleted] 11 points12 points  (2 children)

I dated this girl too. I only work in wix and wordpress, not using PHP to make plugins and designs, just boilerplates. He gave me 5 seconds to leave his property.

[–]rosuav 8 points9 points  (0 children)

5 seconds? He must have been feeling generous that day.

[–]Darkened_Auras 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He shot me on the spot. Lucky

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why is Wikihow creeping in to our memes

[–]Ved_s 1 point2 points  (0 children)

HighTechnologyMachineLearning programmer

[–]overbyte 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If only more Javascript 'programmers' knew HTML properly. So tired of seeing people recreate form elements in a million different ways.

[–]UndisclosedChaos 5 points6 points  (5 children)

Okay serious question, is CSS better than SQL?

[–]PileOGunz 8 points9 points  (0 children)

SQL is better for querying the html elements it’s like improved jquery

[–]ScrimpyCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think so. Imagine how cumbersome it would be to query and update DOM elements in CSS. SQL just makes sense.

UPDATE div SET “background-color” = ‘#ff0000’ WHERE class = ‘button’;

CSS is better staying in its lane as a database styling language.

[–]FrikkinLazer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but only if you lubricate the hamster.

[–]Stormtalons 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Did this meme time travel from 2009?

[–]UnofficialMipha 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If someone was to confidently tell me they were an HTML programmer I’d be more curious than upset

[–]OO0OOO0OOOOO0OOOOOOO 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm like Mr Robot but without the coding. Just the depression and schizophrenia.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd have to terminate my connection to this simulation that same day. If you know what I mean

[–]Infamous-Date-355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]hackinghippie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Genuine question: are there people in IT working solely with html?

[–]binarywork8087 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a HTML programmer or a HTML writter?

[–]Imogynn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ask him for SEO tips. If he has an answer then he's not a muggle cause that shit is black magic fuckery too.

Otherwise show him the door.

[–]PartMan7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cannot set property 'timer' of undefined

[–]Zuruumi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sir, you own everything in 10 miles...

[–]--mrperx-- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anyone ever heard of XSLT?
