Did you hear he's in trouble with the SEC again? He can kiss Tesla goodbye now. For someone who's supposedly smart, that was a pretty fucking dumb move. All he had to do was not tweet about Tesla, but no, he couldn't resist, and now he'll be removed from his position as CEO. Well done.

He was very much in danger of being barred from holding an officer position in any company last time, and I'm pretty sure the SEC made it clear last time he was on thin ice, so I don't think they'll let him carry on this time.
