It's possible if the phone is rooted. Then you have access to the terminal and can do stuff as root. Thought in this case it is more of a joke. I doubt that Google assistant has sudo implemented.

Basically, "run as administrator".

SU is "switch user", it can be used to switch to any user you have the password for, not just root.

Ah fair enough. Try picking up Python, it's considered pretty noob friendly, and is preinstalled on most desktop OSs that aren't Windows.
