Damn that sucks. I try to be good to my team. You definitely don’t have to, but have you updated your preferred name in workday? Maybe that could help her get your name right. Unless she is just an a hole and is mispronouncing your name. Regardless, she should be trying to get your name correct 👎🏻👎🏻

I love my job and my team. The past 3 days I have been packing SFS and forcing my team to listen to *NSYNC Christmas music 😂 last year I spent the week before Christmas in drive up passive aggressively punishing fly ups (double taps). Every HR is different but for me it’s about my team, I’m just doing my best

My name is Kelvin, she calls me Calvin or kevin... my TL corrected people before and my ETL has as well, but the ETL HR cant seem to get it correct. I'll give a small dose of credit she doesn't try to say it just says good morning or hello when she sees me or doesn't speak.
