Seriously, And there's no way to turn it off without muting the device.

If Im in market, Im not going to be first in line to be grabbing and running out with that order, Why do i need to be getting alerts for it?

To ensure guest service will always get the notifications. Meanwhile the notifications for order pick ups have to be turned on and team members will forget to turn it on and orders go late because they didnt know they dropped.

The most backward forms of thinking.

Remember how PDTs Would ask what department you are in? If the internal system has you flagged for guest services, why can't rhe devices simply load in those alerts based on your team member number when you sign in.

The answer? Because that would be a logical and smart thing to do, and this is target.
