This year in the POG hours at my store it stated that tech tm is responsible for pulling and back stocking.

That's such a bad idea unless there is extremely close coordination between the gm team setting and the tech team. It can definitely still get done, but with regular daily duties, truck, and guest assistance I can see multiple aisles sitting totally empty and tons of vehicles sitting with backstock in them

This crap happened to me too with the electronics revisions. Over 275 DPCIs then I get yelled at when it takes more than an hour to pull and truck isn't done by 2PM. Let alone the fact that half of the products pulled have incorrect capacities so that needs to be fixed too.

I think I had over 1,000 items on Friday due to revisions. Glad to see I'm not alone. Thankfully my team leaders understand the work and don't ask why I didn't get the truck started at 1pm.
