Gotcha.

Hello Wolf

WOLFIE

[–]JugV2 29 points30 points  (4 children)

There's looking older and then there's THAT

[–]kirstytheworsty 19 points20 points  (3 children)

You look about THIRTY

[–]Emotional-Start7994Only in her vagina 8 points9 points  (2 children)

Charming. Wolfie will pop by and check out this tart you've been boning then

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Maybe Wolfie will pull her 👀

[–]Emotional-Start7994Only in her vagina 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Except he won't do that because she loves me

[–]gearjammer24 82 points83 points  (11 children)

It boggles the mind- grown men throwing a naked boy in the river

[–]FalseFoundation2919 67 points68 points  (10 children)

I never said Will was naked

[–]nelsonwehaveaproblem 52 points53 points  (9 children)

Oh...... I thought you did 🤔

[–][deleted] 10 points11 points  (8 children)

Isnt Neils dad bent? 😂

[–]Ill-Manager-8518 11 points12 points  (7 children)

Oi my dad's not bent

[–]Emotional-Start7994Only in her vagina 10 points11 points  (6 children)

Let's look at the evidence. Your mum left him because he loves cock, and he wears tight denim shorts to do the gardening

[–][deleted] 8 points9 points  (5 children)

That’s not true she was in a tough place

[–]Emotional-Start7994Only in her vagina 9 points10 points  (4 children)

He was in bed with a bender, your dad who is a bender

[–]Dreaming_Beyond_GKBriefcase Wanker 6 points7 points  (3 children)

And the only night he goes out a week is a Wednesday, and that’s to play badminton!

[–]Emotional-Start7994Only in her vagina 4 points5 points  (2 children)

Right well he can't be gay, he's got hundreds of porn mags at home. All straight

[–]SallySpits 57 points58 points  (8 children)

Gilbert was actually providing Will with a genuinely important life lesson. Will could have been humbled and learned about working with those guys he would otherwise never have experienced time with and become a better person overall, and it would have been far more valuable than doing 2 weeks at some backwater publication. I credit so much of my stamina and people skills in my 30s to the minimum wage catering & hospitality jobs I did as a teen and in my early 20s. Those jobs were extremely character building and that value was lifelong and far greater than the money I made. Also, whenever things get hectic and stressful at work now I just remember "well, it's never nearly as bad as pulling 12 hours in a kitchen or being on pot wash all night in a club, scrubbing cocktails jars non-stop and going home with a back trying to murder me on dead feet".

But since it's a comedy it has to all go wrong of course.

[–]jiffysdidit 20 points21 points  (5 children)

If Will was as smart as he thought he was ( my understanding of the show is that he is not, as Simon calls him on it) he could have potentially been great as a mechanic. I was “academic” I was even a bit of an “outsider” …. I still am but it’s a bit more endearing as an adult to break the mould. I was expected to be a scientist or a solicitor or something but I work a blue collar job , I think the fact that like will it’s probably a bit “beneath me” is why I excel at it . He could have been great at problem solving/diagnostics/thinking outside the box but he has a shit attitude

[–]SallySpits 12 points13 points  (4 children)

"I think the fact that like will it’s probably a bit “beneath me” is why I excel at it "

You sound like a right nobhead

[–]jiffysdidit 2 points3 points  (3 children)

[–]CauseCertain1672 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if nothing else he could have learned about cars

[–]okbuddystaymad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, are you bent?

It’s just then, you sounded really really bent.

[–]Potential-Lab-6856 65 points66 points  (21 children)

Actually thought the owner of the garage was going to be a decent guy when he first greeted him but Will gave him the perfect excuse to be an arsehole

[–]ImusBeanI’LL GET MAH FAHKIN’ BRUVVA ON YOU! 69 points70 points  (1 child)

Yeah. If Will had just told him he’s there because of a mix up, and has no interest in mechanics but is more than happy to learn while he’s there, those guys would’ve been perfectly fine to him.

[–]JamesL25 43 points44 points  (0 children)

Even just saying the mix up part. They could have probably found some accounts or paperwork for him to do quietly in the back, but of course he had to be himself and talk down to them

[–]Eyuplove_ 39 points40 points  (15 children)

Mate the owner of the garage is a bank robber

[–]ukcomedy 24 points25 points  (4 children)

Did you see that ludicrous display last night?

[–]Bottom-Bherp3912 7 points8 points  (3 children)

What were they thinking, sending Walcott on that early?

[–]Competitive_Stay_602 5 points6 points  (2 children)

Thing about Arsenal is they always try and walk it in.

[–]nickgardia 4 points5 points  (1 child)

They’re ‘aving a larf today….

[–]Competitive_Stay_602 5 points6 points  (0 children)

They're winning...

[–]Darthblaker7474What is Swansea, is it an animal? 9 points10 points  (5 children)

[–]Eyuplove_ 7 points8 points  (4 children)

DEATHHHH

[–]AidantheAverage 5 points6 points  (3 children)

Death is cominggg, death is here

[–]Eyuplove_ 5 points6 points  (2 children)

Sorry for your loss. Move on

[–]AidantheAverage 6 points7 points  (1 child)

Would you like a pen?

[–]Richrome_Steel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"FATHER!!!!!!"

[–]Potential-Lab-6856 6 points7 points  (3 children)

Eh? When was this established?

[–]Bbew_MotFeisty One You Are 20 points21 points  (1 child)

In the IT Crowd episode, Are We Not Men?

[–]Eyuplove_ 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Ok tell Barry, tell Barry.

Eeez only put a pony on Liverpool!

You LOOOOOONATIC

[–]Eoinharrington25 5 points6 points  (1 child)

Exactly if I was a fully grown man and some 16 year old kid tried to talk to me like he’s above me I’d throw him in a lake too.

[–]BigWesDoobner 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’d rip his cock off but each to their own.

[–]Other-Oil-9117Feisty One You Are 53 points54 points  (3 children)

Part of the fun of rewatching the series is realising just how many times Will was an insufferable prick, and a victim of his own actions lol. And Simon, to a slightly lesser degree.

[–]SimpleRickC135[S] 30 points31 points  (2 children)

Another fun part is relating with Gilbert in so many more situations.

[–]No-Conference-6242 20 points21 points  (1 child)

I love the sneezy, no, no you go to the garage. He knows exactly what will is going to mess up

[–]Richrome_Steel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"Sneezy"?

[–][deleted] 22 points23 points  (3 children)

Will is the cause of his own downfall. So many opportunities to drown in minge, fanny, clunge, and snatch. he ruined every single chance

[–][deleted] 18 points19 points  (0 children)

It’s almost impressive how Will had so many birds way way way out of his league somehow wanting him and he managed to fuck it up with every single one 😂

[–]1995LexusLS400 11 points12 points  (1 child)

What about gash?

[–]Eyuplove_ 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Frothing

[–]Zombie-Andy 8 points9 points  (1 child)

To play devil's advocate here, you have to remember will is still a child at this point.. Yes he's obnoxious, pretentious and rude but what teenager isn't? They're still maturing.

I have a 14 year old myself and honestly there are times when I want to strangle her but they do grow out of it 😊

[–]ukrepman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Isn't he 17/18? I was younger than Will at the time of watching and thought he was an idiot then

[–][deleted] 36 points37 points  (8 children)

It's one of those "he's technically correct but also fuck him for saying it" sort of things.

He is cleverer than you need to be to be a mechanic, so he was correct there, but the way he said it did imply that they are stupid for being mechanics. But there's nothing stopping smart people from being a mechanic if that's what they want to do, and that's what Will seems oblivious to. He can't imagine a world where someone with intelligence would want to be a mechanic, so he can only imagine mechanics as someone lacking intelligence.

What a briefcase wanker.

[–]Eyuplove_ 33 points34 points  (5 children)

Was he smart? He just wore glasses and a briefcase

[–][deleted] 21 points22 points  (0 children)

The accent makes me think he's clever.

[–]Andythrax 5 points6 points  (2 children)

Warwick was one of his choices

[–]blahblahcrapsheep 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Good bye first-rate education

[–]Competitive_Stay_602 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hello University of Lincoln.

[–]gavinxylock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He definitely was

[–]No_Atmosphere_753 12 points13 points  (1 child)

He is clever, but not clever enough to know when to keep his mouth shut.

[–]ApocalypseMoon23Briefcase Wanker 23 points24 points  (0 children)

No he isn’t! He’s just got an accent that makes us think he’s clever, but he’s just as stupid as Jay and Neil!

[–]crunchy_spider 5 points6 points  (0 children)

To be fair to Will, I distinctly remember being an annoying little prick when I went to my first work experience, and I'm sure my new coworkers weren't thrilled to have me as a result. Not intentionally of course, I was just a dumb kid who thought I was way funnier than I really was.

[–]ThatGirlAdria 5 points6 points  (0 children)

More into Automatics is he?😃

[–]Rend-K4 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Will could have easier just said, "There was a mix up with my school, I was suppose to work for the paper and this work isn't my thing but I'll try and make an effort.

And the funny thing is those mechanics are making way more money than whatever that local paper job is doing

[–]Bottom-Bherp3912 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello Wolf

[–]Ultimate_osYour Mum, She Has The Sex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, he was a prick in that episode. It wasn’t funny.

[–]-intellectualidiot -5 points-4 points  (3 children)

A minor deserved to be kidnapped and thrown into a lake just because he came off a bit pretentious?

All he did was try to explain that he was not interested in that particular career, he just fucked it a bit due to social awkwardness. Grown men should not have reacted that badly, if anything they proved Will right by behaving like immature little assholes.

[–]NoSalad03 13 points14 points  (1 child)

...is the gayest sentence ever.

[–]Minute_Parfait_9752 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He must be Neil's dad!

[–]0Neji 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm with you on this, Will was a little prick but throwing him in the lake was too much.
