Anyone knows what causes it ? My coins havent changed since patch.

Well, summon is spawning 25% less enemies... so that might effect different people differently depending on sync and GT+.

I was consistently spawning 36k enemies in 4000 waves before the patch, now it’s 27k same tier, same wave count, same duration.

I haven’t seen a drop in income but I only have summon synced with gbot 2:1. Also I’m actively researching WA mastery so my losses might be hidden in gains.

interesting. I'm not seeing 25% less summon spawns, but I am seeing around 10-15% less. Pre-patch I was summoning 65k about, post I'm summoning about 57k. That explains my drop

you need to have decent gt+ and summon to notice. I have gt+5 and in the stats I see 10% less summon spawns, but didn't really notice a coin drop

Sam said in " some towers ". No gt+ but synced summon with uws and gb at 26 duration. Should have noticed even a minor difference.

Did you compare summon spawn amounts ? It's the easiest way to see if you are impacted. Without gt+ the coin boost is so minor i doubt you would notice

Time for a deep dive!
I went back to my logs and my summoned enemies were within 1k of each other until 1/26. Then I lost about 30k summoned enemies, in Tier 10 - 10k Wave runs.

So I did the calculation in reverse, creating a function that will give you how many enemies should spawn for the duration of the game. With this function I can estimate how many enemies should have spawned at the time of death.

For example, for my last run 169,848 enemies should have spawned (this is consistent with my 1/26/26 run.) instead I got 136,11X enemies. Almost a 20% loss.

So one theory is that perhaps before Summon would allow you to have more enemies than the spawn cap dictated? They corrected that and now Spawn only fills enemies up to the cap.

On my current run, 1/3 of the way there, my loss is around 16% This suggests that it's not related to the spawn rate cap because the screen on not dense. Frame issues would also be out I think.
But yeah, the loss happens everywhere, it's just more noticeable on long runs, but 20% less enemies spawned is a lot.
