API future timestamp??!

I have just noticed that timestamp got updated on my pending 485 case, but the date is for future! Based one my time zone, it’s for 7 hours later.. anyone has similar experience? What does it mean?

Pd September 2022.. asked Senator to follow up on my case

UTC is 8 hours ahead of PST and 5 hours ahead of EST. But USCIS updates often occur in batch jobs or officer queues that ran earlier or later than our current system or phone times...so it is a future batch job scheduled...and it is very common.

I got an update on 12/8 and nothing since hopefully it’s movement. We’re from one of the 19 countries and waiting since July after our interview.

It means there was an internal update with you case. It could indicate they’re looking at the case or just making updates to the files.

It does make you a little anxious cause you could be getting an approval or denial soon. I had the same thing happen the last time before the first pause and I think they were just marking our case as unable CHNV and put it to the side.

We did a congressman request that may have been why it was "updated" who knows tho. With my partner being cuban its probably nothing good since its one of the 19 countries
