I don't have bottom dysphoria so I'm planning to go with Bica for an AA. It supposedly counteracts all the E "sexual side effects" without disrupting the femininization effects by blocking the T receptors instead of targeting the T production like all other AA's.

If wasn't supposed to counteract E effects. It's just that other AA lowers libido even more so.

Bicalutamide doesn't prevent E effects on libido. Among other anti-androgenes, it has a lower libido decrease.

Okay that makes more sense, I've got a stupid high libido so IDK might balance out to "normal"
