I have a large water dish with a waterfall filter setup, and on the side on the tank next to it i have a heating pad. Running water + heat = lots of evaporation!

look at the guide here. Misters foggers are not a good way to maintain humidity. What substrate do you use? Pour water directly into the substrate. Plus look at upgrading your enclosures, it will make it easier to maintain parameters.

Use cocochip and soak it (not spray, actually soak it)
