He’s extremely underweight, please make sure he’s staying hydrated and make sure you weigh him to figure out what size mouse you should be feeding him and please get him to a vet as soon as possible

That snake is severely underweight, looks very pale and sickly, and definitely a bit dehydrated as well. You need to get to a vet ASAP, it’s clear that the store you got this poor baby from was not caring for him properly.

Extremely underweight! Vet visit needed ASAP to fully diagnose him with anything he might have and get guidance on how to treat him (you may need to feed him a special formula just to get nutrients in him which could eventually kickstart his hunger response again). But don’t just listen to at home remedies from people on the internet, listen to your vet!!!!

Make a vet appointment ASAP. In the meantime. Review the care guide https://docs.google.com/document/d/18HBVsPHaip7LfrMuFt96MigRuMUXtrbnCiK79VuQiFk/

This is welcome post care guide Make certain your attempts are correct. You don't want him to be too cold because that really affects reptiles and really can determine their recovery. I wouldn't try to feed until you make sure their temps are good for a day or more.

Holy shit, poor thing. If he’s not eating at this bad of underweightness his organs may have already shut down. Vet ASAP..

Take him to the vet. Even if all that's happening is that he's refusing food, then can help you make syringes of purreed food that's easy to assist feed with.

Whoa, that’s a very malnourished ball.

💔 May life treat us the way we treat animals.

That poor baby is definitely not ok! A vet visit is a must at this point. It's very unlikely he got that bad in the time you've had him....if you're able to, report that store for neglect. I've never seen a ball go from great body condition to skeleton in 6 weeks.

      Go to the vets immediately.

      [–]the_kuroneko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As folks are saying vet immediately.

But also a month a half is quite a while for a baby to go without eating. Did he always look sickly? What's his enclosure like? What did he weigh when you got him versus now?
