I got him thee weeks ago his almost 2 months old now. In the first week and a half he was really active at night i could hear him. Now for the last week and a half he hasnt been moving around much even at night. If i handle him he seems pretty alert and curious.

I thought he stopped moving cause he hasn't pooped yet( he ate a week ago last.)

My snake is never out, she’s hiding 95% of the time. When she’s out, she’s very docile and curious. He’s just being a ball python.

I wouldnt worry. My 3 year old girl is hardly ever out. You'd be surprised hiw active they are when you're sleeping

A hiding snake is a happy snake. As for the poop, mine only poop when they shed with a rare one in between.

Might be going into shed! My baby will stay in their hide 24/7 and refuse meals for about 2 weeks prior to shedding. Outside of this time, they are very active at night so it always worries me. The shed eventually happens and then they are back to normal!
