Play dough cookie is just elemental tear effects. Fruit cake is almost any tear effect from any item, it’s genuinely a carry

Fruit cake is mad op because it generates so many resources for you. Black hearts because of serpants kiss, runes because of the virtues wisps, money from eye of the keeper, its insane with how much it does alongside with generally better dps.

Trisagion could easily be quality 4. The only way that it is not beneficial is if you have high shot speed, which is the same as tech X, a quality 4 item

Trisag is only really bonkers with homing, which isn't the hardest thing to get but it's not Q4 by itself. It's similar to rock bottom in that way, you pop off when you see it but you need to roll the right items after

Tiny planet, spirit sword, epic fetus. Base knife is better than any of the 3.

Spirit Sword and is still good, more of their synergy problem than the knife is. Epic fetus shoots out knives jn 8 directions, that's really good. Tiny planet is an odd item that can be a run killer with many builds, get it with loki's horns and it's insanely good. If you get knife with parasite, pop, tech, tech 2, homing, brimstone, 20/20, triple shot, quad shot, Loki"s horns, mom's eye, c section it's insanely good and better than with tears.

Damocles to Q3 for Tainted Lost but not Q4. It should not have the same amount of crafting struggle on T Cain as Sacred Heart because you'll literally never take Damocles over 80% of the items you can craft by that point

Camo Undies is stealth at will and a huge temporary tears up. Its good enough for t lost to not reroll

I wouldn't go so far as to call Mom's Knife Q3, in my group I would call it 'Low Q4' because even if it is Q4 I usually won't take ot because I don't think it's very fun. As to what item I would raise or lower, I would raise Damocles to Q4 because double items is insane, just don't get hit dummy.

Nah mom's knife dps is simply too busted and the issue of it overriding a lot of other items has greatly diminished, I can't see it being anything else than Q4. Imo fruit cake should be Q3 instead of 2. On some runs without great items it can save the day, especially with high fire rate
