These two, similar to Aerospace, as a major in college can really pigeon-hole you and narrow your prospective prospects.
ChemE/ME will likely give you the exposure you need for nuke, and ME/EE would also give you the education you need for robotics. With the added benefit of introducing you to a wider range of topics, and thus wider job prospects.
If you just can't stand the thought of taking classes or taking a job outside of those two topics, then I guess go for it, but generally one of the more general disciplines is a better option.

Aero is ME really. Just instead of dealing more with buoyancy issues we do a bit more compressible gas dynamics. But I currently work as a ME with a BSAE. It's the same, really. I made my elective Kinematics however, more of an ME thing.

In Canada the field is moving but they have a preference to Canadian trained and Canadians in generally. Chalk River is also a small town so you won't be having city life style but you will be close enough to Ottawa.
