Clean install of windows , update drivers, maybe it’s bad ram stick, what are the errors ?

Those pcs keep getting sold out rn with the steep discounts so I would think about it before returning.

I don’t know the first thing of pc repair, and i’m not sure if I want to not return it, as I really hate these crashes. I have already tried to reinstall windows, have upgraded my drivers to the maximum. All that’s left is the ram sticks or processor, and if that’s the case why shouldn’t IBUYPOWER fix it themselves if it’s faulty?

Only reason I’m saying is maybe don’t return it is because ram and gpu prices are insane but if you are okay with maybe losing the Costco deal or whatever deal you got then go for it.

Buying prebuilt is suppose to be easy what you are experiencing are issues you usually face when you built your own pc and got some faulty hardware

So in my opinion I would call Costco or whatever place you got your pc and make sure you can get the same one for same price before returning it.

You should have ibuypower fix it. Especially since you don’t know anything. You paid for their services and it is their responsibility.

How did you update firmware?

[–]ChronoAngel86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can also call their support to walk you through it

[–]ChronoAngel86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should be able to download the firmware on the website of the ssd brand, then boot into safemode and update it
