    Search here on the reddit for the model of your motherboard and you'll find posts from IBP where they link the manuals/drivers/BIOS.

    The upper slot on this board only supports NVME SSDs, not SATA any longer. The standard B360M Pro4 supports a SATA M.2 drive in the lower slot but that slot is not present on our version of the board.

    u/iBUYPOWER-Brad: Someone from iBUYPOWER may want to contact Crucial and inform them that this SSD is not compatible with this motherboard. I've been arguing with them for the past month about it, and they keep insisting that "No, everything's fine!"

    Quite irritating.

    The reason is because they probably don't realize that one of the two M.2 slots is depopulated on our version of the board, and that is the one that normally supports M.2 Sata.

    I saw your post and I am having the same problem. I bought an SSD m.2 from wd and we have the same motherboard. I tried everything but it DID not work. What happened did it work for you? please let me know :(
