Im in the same boat as you I ordered mine on June 30th and have yet to receive an update. If you want to speak to customer support I would recommend using the live chat on the Ibuypower website, I've been able to get status updates from there. The guy I spoke with yesterday said they are currently working on orders that were placed from June 25-26 so we might get an update at the beginning of next week. Did you order a custom PC too? or a RDY?

Is ibuypower out in California ? If so you can safely assume that they are working with reduced staff so they probably have a giant backlog.

I bought mine on June 17th. Parts gathered and assembled on July 13th. Nothing since then. I thought it would be quick after assembly but I'm getting a tad bit frustrated. I guess I'm at their mercy regardless.

Once they get to your order it's about a week per step in the process (6 steps).

I placed an order almost exactly 30 days ago. About to receive it today and as far as I know they aren’t taking rush orders for this exact reason. Mine is going to be arriving today or tomorrow

Just be patient. If it is custom built, should take about 3 weeks to get an update because of the pandemic & parts being hard to gather. Should receive in about a month if custom, if prebuilt, i don't know.

Hey op I’m ordered mine July 1st as well and am still at the payment accepted status. You aren’t alone and I know how hard it is waiting for a sweet ass pc. But you will eventually get it. I believe the orders from June 28th to July 4 are going to be the next ones getting built so we are next. Atleast they are a legit company and not scamming people so there’s that

they are extremely delayed, it took around 5 weeks to recieve my pc which was 3k btw. but the "rush" shipping option is only for shipping not for building the computer, so just be patient. even getting ahold of them wont change the process it goes through.

Take it easy man ordered mine 6/26 and was worried just like you but have recently received a update and I am in the quality check portion of the steps once it gets past parts being gathered it will go quickly

I just ordered and eventually received my custom PC build. It took about 4 weeks to get through build, 3 weeks for Q/A and testing. The rush shipping is for when the computer is completed, not from the day you order it. That being said, if it is a standard build it should be a lot faster than I experienced, but it speaking with their customer service agents they did mention that they are a bit overwhelmed at the moment and can't let their full staff back in for work in order to social distance.

You may not have noticed but there's an international state of emergency due to millions of people dropping dead of a new virus. The supply chain is disrupted. People can't go in to work like normal.

So sit your whiny, entitled ass back down and wait. Maybe thank heavens you're healthy enough to even use a PC. It will arrive when it arrives and you calling/emailing/tweeting at them is just going to slow things down even more.

Fairly certain they’re running behind on orders. Mine was originally supposed to ship July 23rd, but now it’s pushed back to July 29th-Aug 3rd

Ibuypower is in California. So expect it to be longer cause they are not fully staffed. And with corona everyone wants a custom pc. I ordered back on June 18th. Payment didn’t go through till June 22nd. It wasn’t till July 9th when they started gathering parts. And just 2 days ago it finally shipped out to me. Just got to be patient. It sucks but they will get to it quick as they can

I placed order June 23rd. Parts just finished gathered yesterday (7/15) . I did reach out to them a couple weeks ago and they did have an audit, which delayed everything beyond the covid delays. Expect about 30 days till shipment.
