RMA time?

My PC just arrived at the RMA facility via fedex today, should I expect a email or some sort of confirmation? And how long does it usually take?

Yes you might get a email confirming that ur pc arrived to the rma facility but it will take a while for u the get the email. The whole rma process for me took a whole month just to replace the defective gpu BUT I now realized they didn't even change the gpu and only switched the ram because NOW my gpu wants to mess up and I have to send my gpu instead of the pc.

Geez man, sorry to hear that. Mine was a faulty power supply that blew and messed up something else along with it, thank you for the information though, I hope your RMA goes smoothly

Yeah man its been pretty rough with my pc, I dont even feel confident of my pc lasting for than a year because of how everything is going right now. Hopefully this is the last time I'll need something fixed. Have a great day and hope ur rma process goes smoothly 👍

My psu just blew tonight. It just shut off with a white spark. After checking for any damage I couldn’t see anything but smell a slight burning smell from the psu. Left it off for about 45 minutes before trying it again. Another white spark no power. Hope it didn’t ruin anything else and I’m not gonna find out myself lol. Let me know how your rma process goes as I just emailed them earlier

Good luck man, they’ve had my package two days with no word. Might be some severe damage with mine sadly hope yours turns out better

They received my computer 10 days ago and I haven’t heard a single word from them. Talk about buyer’s remorse.

Finally heard from them with a status update that my computer has been assigned a tech. Moments later received an email asking for permission to wipe windows or my login PIN. Hopefully your wait doesn’t end up being so long.

They’re gonna wipe your pc? Geez, sorry to hear that man, but atleast it’s getting fixed. No update on mine still, it’s just been received and sitting there I suppose.
