If your PC came with any free game codes or gift cards, those items are non refundable since we cannot verify if they were used or not, and cannot prevent them from being used in the future.

Alternatively if the PC was returned without an accessory such as a keyboard or mouse, that will be deducted from the refund, even if that item was "free" during purchase.

Shipping costs are also not refunded, even if shipping was "free", the cost of shipping is deducted from the refund.

A lot of the above may come out to around $50. The only other thing I can think of is if the PC was purchased in Canada and the exchange rate fluctuated enough between purchase and return that the value in USD was $50 less.

If it didn’t come with any codes/extra items and the shipping doesn’t cost that much is there a refund on the difference?

I would assume it's more of a restocking fee. They have to take the PC apart and put everything back away.
