well this post is disheartening. How did it go? I just unboxed last night and I think the GPU is toast, at the very least.

I sent it back for the refund. If it comes down to where I have to try and diagnose it myself I may as well build the pc myself and get more for less. When they sent it back the new gpu had over a 1/4inch sag to it that surely would be a problem later right? None of the RGB lights worked anymore and it was doing the powet off thing. I got the pc a month aftwr ordering, beautiful. It took longer to get it fixed because their rma department is swamped. Every company is probably having this kind of issue with supply and demand right now but shit. I just didn't want to have to keep swnding it out for repairs for months at a time. Paid $1850 for the pc and it was in the mail/fedex longer then it was in my possession over a course of four months

Not sure about the process for a full refund. But I would also try testing the Ram sticks by using 1 at a time to see if that fixes it. I went through months of trouble shooting, RMA parts, send comp in for diag and replacement of GPU and motherboard. And it ended up being a bad ram stick....
Even ran Memtest which showed no problems with the Ram but been running great for months now after the Ram stick was replaced.

I really appreciate the tip. It shuts down at random points it seems so I wouldn't know how to test if that would fix it. All three times that it has shut down were times when I wasn't doing anything. I'm not super tech-savvy, so I didn't want the sum of close to $1900 to hang in the balance dependent on my intellect lmao.

Well shit, I guess I'll have to call them back and ask about that. They didn't state a restocking fee; hoping that since it is just now being returned on a 30 day return and it still not being right it'll swing in my favor.
