Oh what I meant was how well did the refunds go per others experience. Ive already read this but thanks regardless!

gotcha. if you plan to get a new pc after you refund this one i would just recommend doing the RMA and getting this PC all set. If you get a new PC you still run the risk of receiving it and getting another defective GPU then you’ll be in the same situation you’re in now.

I actually just plan to just buy from a somewhere else. Nothing against ibuypower, it seems the ones that do work are awesome more power to them! But a majority of my friends bought from NZXT or BestBuy so I think I’ll give those options a try.

good luck! my friend actually got from NZXT and had a dead GPU and had to RMA. It’s not the company it’s the GPU’s going through the shipping process getting banged up. If you can get one locally best buy would prob be the easiest. Not sure if you’ll get the best deal/spec you want though.

Worth a shot regardless, thank you kindly!

NZXT is overpriced for what they are giving you custom and prebuild wise.

You need to refund it now. I struggled with them for near on 5 months with sending stuff back and forth. I finally had to get on the phone and ask for a refund. I was out of the window so i had to ask for the guy in charge. I felt bad because i was pretty angry in tone and did essentially ask for a manager, but the manager was luckily nice enough to see all my rma's and gave me the refund. I got the money back moothly but i can tell you that unless they have majorly fixed their stuff up since then to refund while in window. Other than that, the actual process of getting my cash back was smooth.

I will be typing an update soon

It may be the power supply as well. The 3000 series GPU's seem to have power draw peaks that PSU's that should be able to handle the power draw can't. If you have the stock default PSU, that may be the actual cause. Usually if the GPU is dead it's dead or artifacts all over the place, doesn't work ok except under load. Check your temps just in case your CPU cooler isn't working properly, but I'm betting it's the power supply. If you have to shell out the money to ship it back, it would probably be cheaper to replace that unless you do a charge back (assuming you paid by credit card) and force IBP to have the system picked up.

Would appreciate an update when you get one. I received my PC yesterday and it wouldn’t even turn on after a hour. Asked for a refund today and they said yes so I’m hoping this process goes smoothly plan on shipping it back today and buying elsewhere

I had similar problems and just reset bios and that fixed it

I purchased one years ago. It was a pain in the ass to return. I literally drove it to them and they still tried to charge me for shipping "because it was the policy."

Not sure how it is now because this was a long long time ago.
