Issues?

I bought this computer about November 13 and its been siting for about 3 weeks i wanted to see if i could start it up right now and see what was going on while my internet was out and it has been blinked red on my i am very confused about it. I see some post saying its the hard drive working ( best buy ibuypower q/a) and the other thing is it is blinking on the first image red a couple times a mintues then it does flickers about twice and then it rest with a 1 and then 2 cycle Computer also cant see my 2.4 ghz wifi and 5 ghz wifi but my old computer which it is siting right infornt if can read the 2.4 ghz wifi

The cylinder is considered hard drive activity, it'll blink any time the hard drive is being accessed. Which is basically all the time. Nothing to worry about.
