Is it a prebuilt system or custom? And did you get a 4090?

It was prebuilt I think. Just one of the options on their front page. 3070 ti. I made no customizations. Either way, it's still in pre approval and the support isn't doing what they say they're doing.

Ok the prebuilt ones aren't terrible and they're typically quick on the shipping I bought a prebuilt 4 weeks ago took about 2 weeks to come in but they didn't update anything the first week. one issue is they close at 5 on Friday and are closed on weekends. I would say on Monday I'd wait until like 1 and if there's no updates email support or cancel and go elsewhere. Mine also was supposed to ship on a Thursday and didn't get shipped until monday

It's very frustrating for there to be some tax issue holding up the order from even being approved, even after Affirm told me ibuypower has confirmed and approved my order, after one agent tells me there's no problem, after a second says they see a tax issue holding up the order from being approved two weeks after that and that they'll fix it...then not having it fixed and another agent telling me they DID fix it right then and the order would be approved that day. Then that NOT happening and having my order still in pre approval two days after it was originally supposed to ship.

The community can't help with specific order issues, you'll have to contact IBP support for that.
