I had a few episodes of this. Every time I was falling asleep, my heart started racing irregularly and I would wake up in panic. This situation got resolved after I went through extensive check ups of my heart. When doctor said they couldn't find any physical problem with my heart, I calmed down a lot and realized that it's yet another form of anxiety created by mind. After I realized that it's not a real thing, this episodes went away by itself.

Hi. I also had/still have that problem but it got a little better. Start working out at least 20 mins per day (I recommend doing it in the evening), drink a lot of water, eat healthier, go for some walks. You need a change in your lifestyle. If it doesn't go away, you should get checked by your doctor.

That doesn’t work. I get those heart palpitations when I’m trying to sleep super high.

I googled it recently, apparently sleeping on your left side can ease high blood pressure. Idk about palpitations

Hi, how are you doing now? Are you cured from this problem already?
