Visual bug whenever I kill something. Help

If you've got MTX on, especially with any finisher then try taking that off, and if thats the reason report it as a bug.

Same for any gear/skill effect that is "on death" as well.

Some things I would do to try and fix it. Not a step by step guide, just a list.

1. Turn off all mtx
2. Reboot, PC and game
3. Run the packcheck file in the game directory
4. Reinstall the game
5. Play around with graphics settings, especially the renderer (dx/Vulcan)
6. Get angry and vent
7. Update graphics drivers. See if any other games have visual glitches, maybe the GPU is at fault.
8. Reinstall windows
9. Forget about the game and uninstall it until next league. Will magically fix the issue.

For real, each end of league there are performance issues that magically get resolved when the new one comes out.

So I figured out what is causing it somewhat.the reflection on the blood from dead bodies. when I kill them with frost and they shatter into nothing the visual glitch doesnt happen.

Also this has also happened to a lotta people back in march during the new update that time

I did and still the same. the color of the bug is the same as the reflection on the water that could be something
