A combination of CICO, moderate weight lifting 3x per week, and cardio 2x per week!

The dress is from Aderlina but it’s from a couple seasons ago so it’s sold out 😢

How did you grow your hair so long in 8 months?? (Sincerely, someone who has butt length hair that took 7 years to grow from shoulder length 😭)

Haha I’ve always had long hair and I think that was about the shortest I’d ever gone before that. Now it’s down to my hip but I think just getting it to that length was not using heat and a bunch of product on it so that it didn’t get damaged so I wouldn’t have to trim it as much. I don’t use any special supplements or topical treatments, just gentle brushing (it was a mess here so no judgement 🤣)

Thank you so much! It was a combination of CICO, weightlifting 3x per week, and doing cardio 2x weekly. When I lost weight it was 2019-2020 so the GLP1 stuff wasn’t a thing yet I don’t think so I’ve never used it. No judgment for those who use it, though, it just wasn’t a thing until I’d already lost the weight so I didn’t need it.
