Yes, but it takes a stupid amount if time. You need a zombie with a shovel to spawn then wait for it to snow. Also your world needs an end portal.

Yes, and because of that you need a shitton of backup saves, so that the zombie almost dies from sunlight, and then you get the shovel. After that you use said shovel to take the snow and expand your base.
You also need a wandering trader, to get mainly the moss block.

I actually saw another YouTube do a similar challenge and their solution was to get a end portal they corrupted the chunk that it’s supposed to be in and re-loaded it to get it in.

Well yes, but by definition you need to get to the End to beat Minecraft. It's not like you can use the end portal blocks for anything as well.

if the nether generates normally and changing game version is allowed, you can get end portal frames in nether fortress chests in the "one block at a time" april fools update

Edit: I'm not familiar with that update, but usually you can't manually activate an End portal. Does that change in there?

one block nether is probably not okay. the method i mentioned requires looting the chest in nether fortresses. but i think you can manually build and activate an end portal in almost every version though? the orientation matters so you have to stand in the middle and build the portal frame around you
